Loans Warehouse launches UK’s first Secured Loan Index

Loans Warehouse, the UK specialist secured loan broker, are pleased to announce the launch of its Secured Loan Index.
Taking figures released to them direct by their panel of secured loan lenders, the Secured Loan Index explores the secured loan industry in greater depth with the aim of developing a better understanding of the market.
Matt Tristram, Joint Managing Director of Loans Warehouse comments on the launch:
“We wanted to produce an index that proved this sector is witnessing a significant boost, despite economic conditions.
“To build the Index we used lending figures taken directly from our extensive panel of lenders, which includes several lenders not accounted for within The FLA’s statistics. Whilst the FLA produces figures on a monthly basis, these are often part of a larger focus and don’t provide a complete picture of one of the most important and growing financial markets. With this in mind, we thought the industry was due an up-to-date overview of the market and the reassurance that the secured loans market is still here and thriving.”
