Yes. MS Lending provides 1st and 2nd charges on residential, semi commercial and commercial loans.
All loans are unregulated.
What do MS Lending Group’s interest rates look like on bridging finance?
Our pricing is extremely competitive in relation to the products we deliver. We have carefully thought out areas of the market which are underserved and offer customers an alternative to the ‘vanilla’ bridging that’s currently on offer.
What do I need to get a bridging loan with MS Lending Group?
We carry out a full underwrite on all cases which includes credit checks.
We do not require income evidence as all of our loans are fully retained. This makes the process extremely quick and hassle free.
