Our bridging interest rates start at just 0.59% per month for residential investment properties and 0.69% per month for commercial and semi-commercial properties. Our light development interest rates start at 0.64% per month and allow for up to 100% cost of works funded in arrears.

We don’t charge any admin or exit fees and we believe that it’s only fair to rebate interest on a daily basis for loans that are repaid early.

What do I need to get a bridging loan with Funding 365?

Prior to completion we will need:

  • Completed Funding 365 application form (this is not required to receive indicative terms)
  • KYC checks
  • Valuation report and any necessary professional reports
  • Schedule of works (if the loan is for development purposes)

How do I apply and how easy is the process?

How long does the application process take and when do I get the money?

No-one can complete faster than us. As our funding is principal-led, we make all of our credit decisions in-house and we can – and often do – complete in a matter of days.

Completion speed is often dependent on third parties such as lawyers and valuers. We have strong relationships with our partners and they share our desire to deliver, so if you have a deadline that you need to work towards please let us know.
