In order to get a bridging loan, TAB requires the necessary information to understand the borrower, the property and the reason for the loan. Some of the information that is required (but not limited to) is to understand who the borrower is by taking the necessary AML and KYC checks, key information about the property and its value, proof of the borrower’s exit strategy and how the borrower intends to repay the loan.

TAB’s team understands who the borrower is, the security and the story. TAB undertakes industry due diligence in order to be a commercial solution for clients.
How long does the application process take and when do I get the money?
TAB has been known to complete loans from enquiry to completion within a matter of days. The application process itself will take as long as it takes the borrower to supply all the relevant information required to process the application. The length of the application process is considered on a case by case basis and the complexity of the loan or the required solution.
