Together and Improveasy team up to help property owners get green

Together has announced that it has formed a partnership with Improveasy to help homeowners and landlords transform their properties into energy efficient homes.

Improveasy has been working alongside the Cheadle-based property lender, which has a loan book of £7 billion.

It has developed EPC Builder; a web-based portal which guides property owners through their retrofit journey from start to finish.

EPC Builder will recommend and install energy efficiency and renewable energy measures that customers need to build their EPC rating and save energy.

Improveasy has more than a decade of experience in assessing and improving energy efficiency of UK properties. It specialises in connecting customers with government and local authority grants.

The partnership has been announced today (June 5^th) on World Environment Day, an international awareness-raising event which encourages people to change the habits affecting the environment, including climate change.

Ryan Etchells, chief commercial officer at Together, said:
