Shawbrook Bank at Property Investor Show

Shawbrook Bank will be exhibiting at the Property Investor Show on the 19^th and 20^th April 2013 for the second year in a row, to meet and understand the needs of more property professionals. Shawbrook lends to property investors through its network of brokers to provide the highest levels of service and products, for the property investor market.

Shawbrook will be holding two seminars at the show on Friday 19^th April at 3pm and on Saturday 20^th April at 1pm to offer information to property professionals who are looking to grow their portfolios and make their money work harder. The seminars will outline the different types of finance available in the residential, semi-commercial and commercial property investment markets. Shawbrook will explore a variety of deals from vanilla buy-to-let to complex multi-purpose, offering details of how to best present cases to lenders as well as outlining the benefits of working with a broker to facilitate the finance.

Stephen Johnson, Karen Bennett and members of the commercial lending team will be at stand 240 throughout the show and are keen to hear from experts in the property sector to gain further understanding of the priorities for them in the market.
