YBS Commercial Mortgage appoints Vikas Nanda as relationship director

YBS Commercial Mortgages has a new recruit for its South-East team, with Vikas Nanda joining as a relationship director.

Vikas has a great deal of knowledge and understanding of commercial lending products, having worked in the industry for over 10 years.

He also has hands-on experience of working with both trading businesses and property investors directly and via intermediaries, having previously been a commercial banking manager at Metro Bank.

His network of existing sector relationships and time spent working with a range of businesses has given him the breadth of insight needed to provide high-quality support to both brokers and direct customers.

He will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on Bakewell Road in Peterborough, and will be covering the South-East region spanning Berkshire, Oxfordshire & Surrey.

Vikas will be working closely with other South-East team members including senior relationship directors Matt Buck, Mark Setchell and Gaynor Morgan; relationship directors Matt Barlow and Natalie Mackle; and associate directors Claire King and Karolina Calak.
