YBS Commercial Mortgage appoints Gary Pratt as relationship director

YBS Commercial Mortgages has welcomed a new team member for its Wales and the South-West team, as Gary Pratt joins and takes on the role of relationship director.

Gary has widespread knowledge and understanding of commercial finance, particularly in the South-West, having worked in the industry for over 20 years.

He also has key experience in supporting businesses to expand their commercial property footprint, and assisting property investors to build their portfolios, having previously worked as a corporate and relationship manager at a high street bank.

Holding a network of existing sector relationships and working with a range of businesses has given Gary the insight needed to provide high quality support to both brokers and customers.

He will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office in Bristol, and will be covering the South-West region, including Devon and Cornwall.

Gary said:

“I am delighted to join YBS Commercial Mortgages and hope to assist in the growth aspirations of the organisation, particularly in the South-West but also all over the UK.

I am passionate about supporting existing and new brokers, who are the lifeblood of our business.”

Gary will be working closely with other South-West team members including senior relationship director Sue Lewis, and fellow relationship directors Kayleigh Parry, Lucy Partridge and Tim Wraith.
