YBS Commercial appoints relationship manager

YBS Commercial Mortgages welcomes a new team member for Wales and the South West, as Joshua Barrett joins as a relationship manager.

Joshua is new to the industry, but has hands on experience managing business-to-business relationships, previously working for an IT Provider, handling the renewals process.

He has worked with a variety of sectors including health care, education and professional services, and is skilled in negotiating and communicating with key decision makers.

He will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on Merchant Street in Bristol, and will be supporting the relationship directors in guiding clients through the mortgage application process.

Joshua will be working closely with other Wales and the South West team members, including relationship directors Sue Lewis, Kayleigh Parry and Lucy Partridge, who joined last month, and fellow relationship manager Molly McCleary.
