Together expands commercial sales team with new BDM

Property lender Together has today announced the appointment of a new business development manager to its commercial sales team.

April Boyes joins the Cheadle-based lender, which has a loan book of £7.4billion, to bolster its Immediate House Sales (IHS) team, which provides finance for professional property buyers to quickly purchase properties, and is led by Sales Director Elliot Vure.

April brings 10 years of experience in the property sector having worked as an estate agent and as an advisor to clients on UK and offshore property investors.

Bringing vast experience in assisting investors to find the best properties in the market, April will now be responsible for nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to support their property ambitions.

Together’s IHS channel launched specifically to support professional house buyers affiliated with the National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB).

Since September 2023 over £116m of funding has been delivered to customers buying properties in short timescales.

April said:

Starting her career at Foxtons as a lettings negotiator, April also held property consultant positions at JLL Residential and Beech Holdings, before setting up Anchor Property Group on her own.
