Sancus expands sales team

Mark Corfield has joined the Sancus Lending (UK) business development team, reporting to UK head of sales, Jaxon Stevens

Mark joins from Lloyds Banking Group where he recently held the role of Relationship Director, following a career with the bank spanning over 18 years where he built a strong network of clients, intermediaries, and professionals.

Responsibilities included providing solutions to complex financial situations whilst building a portfolio of business, specialising in mortgages and lending.

He has a proven track record in business development and relationship management with expertise in identifying new business opportunities and managing and delivering property finance.

The recent extension in our primary funding line also means that Mark, along with the rest of the team, will be able to offer up to 90% LTC (loan to cost) on development finance products moving forward.”
