Sabinder Robinson-Sandhu promoted to board of directors at Avamore Capital

Avamore Capital has promoted Sabinder Robinson-Sandhu to its Board, as Director of Operations.

Having been with the company for almost 5 years, Sabinder has worked on a cross section of the business, most recently heading up both the Operations and Marketing functions of the £500m+ lender.

During her tenure, Avamore has grown from an early-stage business into an established Development lender in the UK SME space; Sabinder has been heavily involved in milestone successes and helped raise Avamore’s profile in the industry.

Highlights include the constant evolution of their product offering, (covering the market leading Part-Complete Development product), leading process and operational improvements (including the launch of their online calculator), earning a position on the executive committee of the ASTL and being involved with multiple departments across the business.

To date, she has worked closely with the senior management team and this promotion will see her impact on the business increase further.

She is passionate about driving operational change and efficiency to benefit our customers; brokers and borrowers alike should expect continued improvements when dealing with Avamore.

An example of this is Sabinder leading Avamore’s ESG plans, and her new role will enable the business to continue to make significant progress in this space.

This move up to the Board is a prime example of Avamore’s dedication to promoting from within following several high-profile promotions last year.

Avamore was launched in late 2015 and experienced a great deal of success over the years.

The business has historically been focused on finding strong young talent and promoting from within; much of the senior management team joined at entry level positions and are now responsible for the day-to-day running of the company.

The promotion of a junior member of staff to board level across 5 years reflects the opportunities which are offered at Avamore and the company’s commitment to protect, encourage and empower talent across the team.
