Renaissance Asset Finance boosts business development with key hires

Renaissance Asset Finance (RAF), a subsidiary of Arbuthnot Latham, has expanded its business development capabilities with the appointments of Ian Homer, Henry Crame, and Jay Lucas as Senior relationship managers.
The hires are part of RAF’s strategy to expand and solidify its presence across the UK and industry sectors they cover.
Ian Homer, responsible for business development in the West Midlands and North of England has 15 years’ experience in asset finance and commercial banking.
Ian, a chartered banker, has held several roles, previously working at NatWest, Lombard, and recently, Close Brothers.
Henry Crame brings a wealth of experience across financial services, having held a wide range of roles from credit underwriter to banking officer.
Joining RAF to extend their geographical reach into Wales, the North of England and Scotland, Henry has worked at Wesleyan Bank and the Bank of Cyprus.
Jay Lucas, who will be focusing on growing business in the Midlands and the East of England, will utilise his 12 years of experience supporting businesses and private individuals to obtain the assets they require through asset finance. Jay has held roles at Santander and Arkle Finance, part of the Weatherby group.
