Phodis Maratheftis promoted to head of sales by Alternative Bridging

Alternative Bridging Corporation has promoted Phodis Maratheftis to Head of Sales, London & South East.

Phodis joined Alternative Bridging as a Case Manager in 2016 and has previously been promoted to Internal BDM and then to the role of BDM.

This latest promotion will see Phodis leading the Alternative Bridging Sales team in London and the South East, with responsibility for implementing the property lender’s strategy and ensuring that brokers in the region continue to benefit from its market leading service.
