Newable Finance reveals senior promotion of future star

Newable Finance, the specialist brokerage and finance advisory arm of Newable, has promoted Laurence Mills to senior finance broker.

Laurence’s new role recognises his significant performance to date and will allow him to provide extensive advice to portfolio landlords whilst sourcing funding for complex requirements.

Laurence will additionally be working on large business development projects, supporting the business on its growth mission.

Previously working as a specialist master broker, Laurence Joined Newable Finance in March 2021.

Over the past 13 months he has raised c.£17m of debt across bridging finance, commercial mortgages, specialist buy to let and business loans.

Laurence prides himself on flexibility and speed; two of the most important attributes for a finance broker.

Commenting on his promotion, Laurence said:

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my first 13 months at Newable Finance.

Despite coming from a predominantly bridging background, I’m proud to have built and maintained relationships with clients, introducers and lenders offering a range of different products.

There is a great support system within Newable, and I’ve relished the chance to work alongside & learn from such an experienced team.

I am now looking forward to what the next year brings, and helping even more property professionals with funding.”
