Magnet Capital expands sales and underwriting teams

Magnet Capital, the award-winning development finance lender, has expanded its sales and underwriting teams in response to continued growth in demand for its products.

Aidan Lesslie has rejoined as BDM for East Anglia and the Southeast after a year’s sabbatical travelling in Asia.

Aidan said:

“It’s been a breath of fresh air coming back into the company and I feel like I never left.

I feel confident I can create more partnerships for Magnet Capital and really get to know our introducers on a deeper level.”

Magnet is now represented by their BDM trio, Will Calito, Brian Kerr, and Aidan Lesslie.

Magnet Capital has also expanded its underwriting team. This month they have welcomed senior property solicitor Nikki Shamash as Underwriting Executive.

Nikki joins the team with a wealth of expertise in property law from over 20 years of experience in the industry.
