LDN Finance expands specialist finance team

London based advisory firm LDN Finance has appointed David Gissing as Specialist Finance Adviser, bolstering the specialist finance department.

He joins the firm with extensive experience in arranging residential, high value and BTL mortgages, and complex specialist facilities following a successful career with his most recent role as adviser and sales manager at London Mortgage Partners.

In joining LDN Finance, Gissing brings with him acute client knowledge of complex income structures, especially of those employed in creative industries.

Last year saw the brokerage benefit from tremendous growth; 13 new hires in 12 months, as well as the launch of their sister brand LDN Private Clients.

In addition to this growth, the beginning of February 2023 saw the brokerage move to a much larger office space in the City, just a stone’s throw away from Bank.
