Lawrence Stephens appoints new Senior Associate to Real Estate Finance & Banking team

Ausra Kaminskaite joins Lawrence Stephens as a Senior Associate Solicitor in its expanding Real Estate Finance & Banking team.

Lawrence Stephens’ newest Senior Associate, Ausra Kaminskaite, brings a wealth of experience to the firm’s Real Estate Finance & Banking arm, having acted for lenders, borrowers and investors on the full spectrum of real estate finance transactions, including secured lending, refinancing, investment and development finance.

Bridging finance is one of Ausra’s key areas of interest, and she has recently acted for a number of well-known bridging lenders on a variety of complex transactions.

A fluent Lithuanian and Russian speaker, Ausra also acts for clients on a range of commercial real estate transactions, including all aspects of landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, lettings, leasehold renewals and transfers of portfolios to corporate structures.
