Lawrence Stephens appoints new Senior Associate to Real Estate Finance & Banking team

Indre Johnston has joined Lawrence Stephens as a Senior Associate in its growing Real Estate Finance & Banking team.

Indre Johnston is an experienced real estate finance and banking solicitor; since qualifying in 2016, she has advised both domestic and international lenders and borrowers on a broad range of banking and property finance transactions including real estate development, investment and acquisition finance.

Dealing with substantial financial transactions, Johnston has developed sound expertise in acting for regulated banks and bridging lenders on an array of high-value real estate finance matters.

In addition, she has strong experience in dealing with the full spectrum of corporate and residential real estate assets including hotels, offices, student accommodation, HMOs and affordable housing.

Johnston joins the firm from Howard Kennedy, where she had been a Solicitor in the Real Estate Finance department since November 2018.
