Hope Capital expands sales team

Hope Capital has announced the recruitment of three new sales appointments to join its team, as the firm prepares for its busiest year to date.
David Owen, Ben Lavelle and James McDonough all bring significant experience, which will be instrumental in providing brokers and borrowers with a superior level of service and bridging finance solutions tailored to their needs.
David brings over eight years working in the specialist lending industry, joining Hope Capital from Glenhawk.
In his new role as Business Development Manager (BDM) for Wales and the South West, David will utilise his skillset and knowledge to deliver Hope Capital’s innovative and tailored offering, while supporting clients in his region.
Ben and James join Hope Capital as Internal Business Development Executives (BDE’s), both having an extensive track record in sales positions.
At Hope Capital, they will be using their knowledge and experience to help drive the business forward and support the increased volume of enquiries the lender has experienced for its range of bridging finance products in recent months.

Hope Capital provides its range of innovative bridging finance products across England, Wales, and Scotland, with David Weir now covering Scotland, Sam Lea supporting brokers in the Central & North area, Charlie Gregory in London & the South and David Owen looking after clients in Wales & the South West.
Each BDM is fully supported by Hope Capital’s BDE’s, who assist with finding the best solution for the client.

In line with the recent appointments, Hope Capital is currently seeking new recruits across all of its divisions to support the lender’s ongoing growth.
The company is recruiting for a Finance Assistant, Portfolio Case Manager, Senior Underwriter and Underwriter, which are all fantastic opportunities to join a fast-paced and close-knit business.
