Central Bridging Loans announce new appointment

Central Bridging Loans, the privately owned and funded bridging lender, has appointed Kelly Reading, as their London Property Consultant to review individual development projects in and around London for clients requiring funding.

John Clifford, pictured, Managing Director, Central Bridging Loans commented:

“Kelly has 14 years experience in sourcing, developing and investing in property all over the UK and Europe, focusing most recently on prime residential South West London.

Having project managed most of her own developments and worked very closely with site managers, she has strong market knowledge and valuable experience in seeing projects through from start to end, from planning and design to build and finishing.

Kelly also has extensive experience in raising funding for large scale developments and a good understanding of local market trends, pricing and build/resale time frames which allows us to efficiently assess individual project feasibility.

Being London based also means that she can conduct site visits and meet with potential clients if required.”
