Blend Network appoints new lending manager

Blend Network has announced that Barney Iles has recently joined their lending team as a lending manager.

Barney joins Blend Network from CapitalRise where he worked as an associate director. Prior to CapitalRise, Barney was a development origination manager at Octopus Real Estate.

Barney joints Blend Network at a very exciting time for the company and following a period of rapid growth and expansion.

They recently announced new hires within theirr lending team: Chloe Stidston-Lewis joined Blend Network from Propfin in January. In 2020, Blend Network increased the amount of loans listed by 104% compared to the previous year.
