Kent Reliance, part of specialist mortgage provider and retail savings group OneSavings Bank plc, today announces the launch of three new initiatives for its broker partners as part of its ongoing KRFI Service Enhancement Programme.
Kent Reliance for Intermediaries is one of the first specialist lenders to offer these key service initiatives which include:-
- A buddy system – each Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) has an assigned “buddy” on the Broker Liaison Team (BLT) who can be contacted if the broker’s SBDM is unavailable, enabling brokers to get a swift response to their queries.
- Live web chat – available on the Kent Reliance for Intermediaries website, providing an additional communication route to the BLT for a quick reply to criteria related questions.
- Portfolio submission support – the BLT now provide the facility to enter client’s details directly onto KRFI’s dedicated portfolio submission platform thereby streamlining the application process.
Simon Cockerill, Head of Sales at OneSavings Bank, added:
“It’s been an exciting year with plenty of development and rapid sales expansion but we’ve never lost sight of what our brokers are asking for. Over the last few months we’ve been working on a number of initiatives to help brokers with their heavy workloads and these service enhancements form a key part of these improvements.”
This latest improvement to the KRFI Service Enhancement Programme follows the recent expansion of their sales team to ensure national coverage reach as well as increase broker access to its award winning specialist mortgage product range.
