Complete FS takes on InterBay onsite underwriter

Complete FS has further strengthened its relationship with InterBay Commercial, part of specialist lending and retail group, OneSavings Bank (OSB), through the appointment of an onsite underwriter from commercial lending specialist lender, Interbay, to the South Coast based specialist packager and distributor.

The arrangement follows the established appointment of an onsite underwriter from Kent Reliance, which has been highly successful. Interbay’s underwriter will be present in Complete’s Southampton offices on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week.

According to Complete FS Director, Tony Salentino, pictured, the appointment is a direct result of the high quality and the volume of the business we have been submitting and the exceptional 90% enquiry to completion conversion rate achieved between the two businesses.
