HTB Specialist Mortgages offers and completes £3m development exit loan in 24 hours

Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) Specialist Mortgages division has offered and completed a complex £3,142,620 development exit facility within 24 hours. The facility provided a remortgage on nine newly built flats in Poole, which is part of a larger development of 36 apartments.
