Aquilae Capital Advisory has completed a 20-year commercial term loan with Allica Bank, secured on four industrial properties.
The client’s company occupies most of the 4 sites and specialises in commercial cleaning products.
The net loan was just under £2.2 million at an LTV of 60% with a competitive fixed rate of 7.1%.
Despite the current sector headwinds, the tenacity of the team ensured the transaction was completed.
Overcoming the many obstacles, as well as providing clear advice and direction to the client was crucial.
Working in partnership with Allica and their legal team allowed a smooth process to overcome the hurdles that appeared during the journey to completion.
The team consisted of Aquilae Capital, Lawrence Stephens, and Allica Bank who worked together closely to guarantee delivery for the client.
By providing financial liquidity the client can continue their commercial investment journey.
Jeremy Robinson, director, Aquilae Capital, commented:
“The facility raises a significant amount of cash for the client, allowing the financing of new business ventures in the commercial market.
We look forward to continuing to work closely with them in bringing those ambitions to fruition.”
Jennie Curtis, Senior Associate at Lawrence Stephens Limited, said:
“Aquilae Capital Advisory was proactive and helpful in supporting this transaction to completion.
We’re delighted to have achieved a successful outcome for Allica and the borrower on this portfolio commercial refinance.”
