SPF Private Clients joins NACFB as broker member

SPF Private Clients (SPF), part of Howden, has announced their membership of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

SPF Private Clients’ joining of the trade body is a strategic move, forming part of an ongoing growth strategy, and underscores their dedication to industry excellence and professional integrity.

Their expansive network includes estate agencies, law firms, wealth management companies, and accountancy firms, ensuring the best advice and service for their clients.

SPF Private Clients specialises in a range of mortgage solutions, from buy-to-let to bespoke funding for commercial real estate, development, hotels, and healthcare.

Their extensive experience and long-standing relationships with senior management at various lenders enable them to offer strategic planning, financial modelling, capital raising, and term sheet negotiation.

136 broker firms have joined the NACFB so far in 2024 – a 12% increase in the total number of NACFB Members.

These additions bring the total number of brokers under the NACFB banner to 2,701, operating out of 1,304 brokerages.

As of the end of June, the NACFB community also includes 163 lender Patrons and 16 supplier Partners.
