LDNfinance celebrates 4th anniversary

LDNfinance is celebrating its 4th anniversary by announcing their upcoming brand refresh – complete with a new market-leading website redesign – to best showcase its unique and holistic range of high net worth, residential, specialist and protection services.
The whole-of-market property finance firm has worked in partnership with digital agency Unity Online and CMS platform OMS to drive their rebrand, which will primarily focus on promoting the company’s four pillars – high net worth (HNW) property finance, residential mortgages, specialist finance and protection solutions.
The rebrand will be revealed this summer and form the basis for a wider advertising and marketing campaign to further establish LDNfinance as a major player in the high-value property and luxury asset financing space in London and across the UK for mortgages over £1 million.
Anthony Rose, co-founder and Director of LDNfinance, commented:
“LDNfinance has continued on a path of rapid growth over the past four years, with business in the last 12 months alone increasing by over 150% year on year.
To think that just four years ago, Chris [Oatway, co-founder of LDNfinance] and I opened our doors with a small team of just eight employees to now having to move into a much larger office space to accommodate our 30-strong team of property finance professionals is incredible.
We could not be prouder of what we’ve achieved nor more excited for what we have in the pipeline for the future.
Our brand refresh and new website is all geared towards what is most important to us – providing an excellent, transparent and committed service to all of our valued clients, from HNW individuals to developers, first-time buyers and foreign nationals.
Since LDNfinance’s inception, Chris and I have always made a conscious effort to move our business away from the old-school nature of mortgage broking.
We want to create a business known for being modern-cultured, tech forward and dynamic to best serve our client base and we believe our new brand image and website will reflect this in full.”
Chris Oatway, co-founder and Director of LDNfinance, added:
“The next four years are set to be very exciting for us right across the board as we look to become an even more holistic service than we are now.
It can’t be denied that the past 12 months have been testing for the market, businesses and individuals alike, so being able to best assist our clients with their changing requirements is at the forefront of our plans.
The success we’ve secured for our clients across the past four years is testament to this and an indication of our determination to be London’s – and more widely, the UK’s – most trusted and leading broker of large loans, specialist finance and protection solutions.”
