Blemain Group to move to Cheadle Royal

Leading specialist lender Blemain Group has announced that it will be relocating offices to ‘Lake View’ Cheadle Royal Business Park on the 10th September 2012.
Blemain Group has been based in the same offices in Manchester City Centre for the past 20 years. It started by occupying two floors of its current eight-storey building with 25 staff and now fully occupies the seven available floors with 340 staff.
The modern building on Cheadle Royal Business Park has been completely refitted along with structural changes to provide high specification bespoke accommodation over three floors, offering 60% more space than the current building. The new building along with its pleasant surroundings will offer staff a much-improved working environment with state of the art facilities, whilst also providing room for growth.
The Blemain Group have been operating out of offices in Greater Manchester for 40 years now and was insistent in its search criteria for a new office to remain in this area. It was also looking for modern facilities, more space for future expansion, car parking and a pleasant environment both in and outside the office. Lake View Cheadle Royal offers all this and more, with easy access to the M60, M56 and M62 and forms part of a local, successful business community.
Commenting on the move, Marc Goldberg, Commercial Director at Blemain Group, said: “We are very excited about the move. We have outgrown our current premises and needmore space. Lake View at Cheadle Royal offers this extra space and all the new modern office facilities associated with it. It also allows room for expansion in the future”.
Blemain Group will be based at Cheadle Royal Business Park from 10th September 2012.
