What is the best thing about being in the bridging finance business?

Every day is different new challenges and when it all comes together and deals complete and more importantly when they redeem the feeling is amazing.

What keeps you focussed?

Money isn’t that what keeps everyone focussed.

What qualities do you look for in your employees or colleagues?

Trustworthy, hardworking, and the hunger to thrive.

Are you an optimist or a pessimist?

Optimist, it’s probably why we do the deals we do.

What did you want to be as a child?

I think I wanted to be a lot things, never thought I would end up owning a bridging finance company I don’t think I knew what it was until a few years ago now look we are running a very successful operation.

What will be the greatest challenge facing the bridging finance industry in the coming months?

I’d like to say funding but I don’t think that’s true anymore I would have to say the changes the in the regulations.

Who or what makes you laugh?

Funny people I’m sure they make everyone laugh

Do you dread Monday mornings?

No I love my job and look forward to coming to work.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Nothing at all

With whom would you most like to have dinner?

Floyd Mayweather that way I can ask him to throw money my way.
