What is the best thing about being in the bridging finance business?

Helping clients achieve their goals, especially where funding is for a niche project.

What keeps you focused?

Apart from coffee?! Keeping calm and the determination to reach completion.

What qualities do you look for in your employees or colleagues?

Trustworthy, hard working, polite, team player.

Are you an optimist or a pessimist?

Optimist.

What did you want to be as a child?

Pilot.

What will be the greatest challenge facing the bridging finance industry in the coming months?

For lenders it will be managing their growth and being able to cope with demand.

Who or what makes you laugh?

My 3 and 5 year old boys.

Do you dread Monday mornings?

No. After the weekend, I look forward to the start of another week.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Bit cliché but quite content as I am.
