Definitely an optimist.

A good and honest person being true to myself.
What will be the greatest challenge facing the bridging and development finance industry in the coming months?
The industry is seeing lenders cutting interest rates to levels never seen before. Relationships will be a key factor where introducers are confident lenders will deliver.
