Are you an optimist or a pessimist?

Definitely an optimist but tempered with realism.

What did you want to be as a child?

A professional athlete.

What will be the greatest challenge facing the bridging finance industry in the coming months?

Taking into consideration the big picture and any influence of regulation.

Who or what makes you laugh?

Frasier.

Do you dread Monday mornings?

Not really only the first commute of the week into London.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Have more money in the bank !
