Orchard Street secures Royal Automobile Club at 83 Pall Mall, SW1

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP (Orchard Street) has let the entire 6,300 sq ft fourth floor of 83 Pall Mall, SW1 on a 20 year lease to the Royal Automobile Club. The letting was completed on behalf of a pension fund client of Orchard Street. Located in a prominent position on the south side of Pall Mall, the 45,000 sq ft office building is close to St. James’s Palace.
David Wilkinson, Chief Executive & Secretary at the Royal Automobile Club, said:
“I am delighted we have extended our Pall Mall Clubhouse. In response to feedback from many of our 17,000 members, the addition of a new business and meeting facility will be a marvellous addition to the existing facilities of the clubhouse, which have been enjoyed by members for over 100 years.”
Commenting on the letting Anna Bradford, Asset Manager at Orchard Street, said:
“We are delighted that the Royal Automobile Club has chosen 83 Pall Mall for the extension to its existing London clubhouse. This letting confirms the continuing strong demand for prime office space in the West End of London, particularly for assets of this calibre.”
Orchard Street was advised on the letting by Bryan Pontifex of Crossland Otter Hunt and Ralph Pearson from Cluttons advised the Royal Automobile Club.
