New specialist real estate advisory business launches

Mortimer Street Capital has launched as a specialist real estate advisory business providing clients with bridging, development, commercial, mezzanine & equity finance.

Based in London’s West End, they have been borne out of the founding business, Visionary Finance, which has established a client base over the past 15 years.

Mortimer Street Capital has been created to support a wider array of funding scenarios and requirements from its property investor, SME and High Net Worth clientele.

The business, launched in December, has already helped deploy over £2.5m of real estate debt in the UK market with further deals in the pipeline.
