Neil Kindness joins Aldermore’s structured finance team

Neil Kindness Neil Kindness has joined Aldermore’s specialist structured finance team as Associate Director and takes responsibility for negotiating deals in both London and Scotland.

The structured finance team is led by Ian Flaxman and Neil joins colleagues Simon Maddocks and Peter Raybould. Their objective is to develop flexible and bespoke structured finance solutions for mid-sized businesses thoughout the UK, typically firms with borrowing requirements between £2 million and £12.5 million.

Neil joins Aldermore from Close Invoice Finance where, as a Regional Sales Director, he was responsible for establishing a presence for the company in Scotland. Prior to that Neil developed his career in financial services as a Director of Landsbanki Commercial Finance, a Director of GE Commercial Finance and a Regional Director of GMAC Commercail Finance.
