HouzeCheck completes 40,000th survey

Proptech HouzeCheck has announced it has completed its 40,000th survey.
Over the course of the last seven years, the RICS-endorsed surveying portal says it has now completed surveys on properties with a combined value of more than £12 billion across England and Wales.
HouzeCheck is a digital-first portal, leveraging cloud, digital, and AI technologies to improve both the surveyor’s and customer’s experience.
The business now works with approximately 150 fully accredited members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and offers RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, and property valuations.
HouzeCheck says the majority of the 40,000 surveys they have completed have been RICS Level 2 homebuyer surveys – approximately 34,000 surveys.
They have also completed about 4,000 RICS Level 3 building surveys and around 2,000 property valuations. HouzeCheck does not offer Level 1 A Condition Reports, the least detailed report style .
HouzeCheck says the surveys have been introduced by mortgage brokers, conveyancers, estate agents, and direct from its website.
