Eddisons March property auction

A tenanted nightclub and a former Yorkshire Water borehole site are two of the lots on offer at the next Eddisons auction.
Strata nightclub which occupies part of Regal Buildings on the corner of Castle Street and Keighley Road in Skipton town centre has a guide price of £600,000 plus.
The property is let to the current tenants, VP Hotels Ltd, on a 20 year lease which commenced in 2011 and generates annual rent of £70,000.
Meanwhile, the former Spofforth borehole site which includes a separate stone building has a guide price of £30,000 plus.
The site is located off a lay-by on Harrogate Road, North West of Spofforth village, close to Wetherby town centre.
A former Women’s crisis centre in Headingley near Leeds is also set to go under the hammer.
The vacant property on Spring Road which may be suitable for residential development subject to the necessary consents is being offered on behalf of Leeds City Council at a guide price of £330 to 350,000.
The Manchester sale includes a tenanted bar and nightclub on King Street in the centre of Wigan.
Chicago’s bar has around 12 years unexpired term and currently produces rental income of £75,000 per annum. The guide price is on application.
Elsewhere, a Georgian mid terraced building in Warrington is also being offered, upon the instructions of the administrators.
The freehold property on Bewsey Street, close to the railway station was formerly the site of a hotel and most recently utilised as 11 self contained studio and one bedroomed apartments.
The guide price for the property which is described as needing extensive refurbishment and renovation to bring it up to modern standards is £100 to 125,000.
The catalogue also includes a portfolio of 34 regulated tenancies.

In total 153 lots are being offered at the two day sale which takes place on March 29 at Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road, Leeds and on April 3 at The Premier Inn, Trafford Park, Manchester. Both sales start at 12.30pm.
