Avamore Capital has announced that D’mitri Zaprzala will be leaving the business this summer, following 3.5 years as CEO.

Since joining Avamore, Zaprzala has played a key role in leading the company through a rapidly evolving market environment.

During his tenure, the UK has seen multiple changes to the Bank of England base rate and a number of different Prime Ministers.

Amidst this volatility, Zaprzala provided a steady leadership foundation, enabling Avamore to maintain a strong market position and continue delivering for its brokers and borrowers.

Michael Dean, Co-Founder of Avamore Capital, said:

“On behalf of the Board and the entire team, I want to thank D’mitri for his hard work and dedication over the past three and a half years.

He has been a valued member of the leadership team, and we wish him every success in the next stage of his career.”

Zuhair Mirza, Co-Founder of Avamore Capital, added:

“D’mitri has led the business through a period of major economic and market shifts. We appreciate all his efforts and look forward to seeing what he does next.”
