YBS Commercial appoints two new relationship directors

YBS Commercial Mortgages has recruited two new relationship directors, as Andrew Oguzie joins the Midlands team and Andy Buss joins the South-East team.

Andrew has a great deal of knowledge and understanding of the sector, as a qualified mortgage advisor. He has been in the industry for over 10 years, and also has experience as an underwriter and business development manager.

His commercial acumen and passion for building relationships provides him with the expertise needed to thrive in his new role.

Andy has significant experience of working with brokers and clients across the sector, including on residential, mixed use and commercial deals, as well as a wealth of knowledge of delivering large portfolio refinancing.

Holding a network of existing sector relationships – in addition to working with a wide range of businesses – has given him the breadth of experience required to provide a high quality, consistent and transparent service.
