When The Bank Says No says ‘yes’ to diversity and growth

UK-wide mortgage broker, When The Bank Says No, has announced two new recruits to its team as it continues to scale up to meet growing demand for its services, with a strong emphasis on diversity.

The Frodsham-based brokerage, now comprising 38 staff, welcomes Laura Tonge, who joins as Specialist Case Manager, having previously worked as Case Manager at Mojo Mortgages.

Laura, from Denton in Manchester, started her career in Child Care Management before moving into finance and has four years experience as a direct underwriter and case manager.

Lucy Parker, from Grimsby, joins When The Bank Says No as a Mortgage Adviser, with five years experience in the residential lending space, starting as a Case Manager after finishing a degree studying Creative Writing at Sheffield Hallam and subsequently becoming a Mortgage Adviser.
