How have The Property Finance Collective welcomed in the New Year?
By welcoming three new members of staff as well as kick starting a new marketing department.
In spite of these uncertain times one thing that is certain, is the growth and expansion of The Property Finance Collective.
Welcoming a new trainee case administrator and two marketing executives to the team, they are breathing new life to the old saying of two heads are better than one.
Elliot Bryan started with The Property Finance Collective through a 12 month apprenticeship scheme, he has really found his feet in the business and has shown a real drive and passion for his work.
Guided by his mentor Micheal and the other brokers at the firm, Elliot is working ahead of his scheduled course and looking to complete his apprenticeship within record time.

“I’ve really enjoyed joining the team at The Property Finance Collective and I’m extremely motivated by the amount I have learnt during my time here.
Having always had an interest in business and finance, I’m excited to learn more and take on more responsibility within the company as it continues to grow.”
Having worked for many years at one of the UK’s leading broadcasters, ITV. Kimberley Crawley is excited to bring her experience in content creation and development to the Property Finance Collective’s marketing department.
Having worked through the ranks of the television industry she is excited, to collaborate with The Collective in creating fresh, new and exciting content from a completely unique perspective.

Abi Jefcoate is a graduate who has previous experience in managing social media platforms and content creation.
Her passion for marketing sparked during her psychology degree. Learning and understanding consumer behaviour and the creative elements that can influence their decisions, inspired her to find a role within marketing and brought her to The Property Finance Collective.

“I am excited to take a hands on approach to the company’s marketing in order to advertise the vibrant and knowledgeable team that make up The Property Finance Collective.
I aim to do this by educating, creating exciting visuals and continually developing and growing with the market. I can’t wait to see how the team develops and progresses with the help of its new marketing team.”
Michael Primrose, Managing Director, The Property Finance Collective said:
“Looking at how far we’ve come in 2 years, I’m extremely excited to welcome 3 new employees to The Collective and know this will take us from strength to strength.
The marketing department was something I really wanted to grow and when meeting Abi and Kim, I knew I had found a strong team with a vast skill set that could take us to the next ;evel.
