After an incredible first 15 months of trading, The Property Finance Guy rebranded to The Property Finance Collectiveback in March 2020 to reflect the growing team and substantial female representation within the firm.

Following the recent hires of Rebecca Skellett and Christopher Yong as trainee brokers, The Property Finance Collective have now added their eighth team member.

Adam Powell brings over 30 years working in the specialist lending sector to the company, with previous roles as senior business development manager at Propfin and new business director at Oblix Capital.

Adam also owned his own brokerage for over a decade and brings that wealth of experience and knowledge to the ever-expanding team at The Property Finance Collective.

He’ll develop new and existing relationships as Head of Business Development at the start of August.

Adam Powell, Head of Business Development, The Property Finance Collective said:

“I am looking forward to building on the continuing success of the team, and I am excited to join such a young and hungry team who are achieving so much already within the industry.

We’re living in interesting times at the moment but developers and property investors will be busier than ever seizing new opportunities.

I had fully planned to stay within the Lending sector but having seen what the team here have achieved so far, I was persuaded to make the shift back into broking”.

Michael Primrose, Managing Director, The Property Finance Collective said:

“To have the opportunity to bring someone of Adam’s quality and experience into the team was a no-brainer for me.

I am looking to take the company to another level and compete with the larger brokers in the industry, and with Adam’s experience added to the team, I feel very confident that we can now start to show our true potential and compete at the very top of this industry”.
