StreamBank has announced the appointment of Lee Warne as Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) for London and the South East, with his role starting on Tuesday, 4th March 2025.

Lee has a proven track record in the financial services sector, having held senior roles at Octane Capital, Shawbrook Bank, Vantage Insurance Services, and XYC.

With extensive expertise in sales, account management, underwriting, lending, relationship management, and business development, he has gained valuable experience in the commercial banking sector and the investment property market.

As Senior BDM for London and the South East, Lee will focus on building and strengthening relationships with brokers across the region, providing tailored support and assistance.

He will play a key role in promoting StreamBank’s lending solutions, keeping brokers up to date with market developments, and working closely with intermediaries to help them deliver the best outcomes for their clients.

Lee’s appointment follows that of Aiman Maklad, who joined as BDM for London and the South in January, a month that also saw the launch of StreamBank’s StreamLine Bridging Product, designed to support intermediaries and clients seeking larger residential bridging loans through a faster approval process.

In February, StreamBank marked its second year of operations, achieving full-year profitability, further establishing its presence in the bridging finance sector.

Lee Warne, Business Development Manager at StreamBank, said:

“I’m thrilled to be joining the team at StreamBank at such a pivotal moment in its growth.

With over 13 years of experience in the property finance sector, working alongside some of the most renowned lenders in the industry, I have gained a broad and diverse skill set that I believe will make a significant contribution to our continued success.

This exciting opportunity aligns perfectly with my passion for driving results and innovation within the sector. I’m eager to collaborate with this talented team to help achieve our ambitious goals and further establish StreamBank as a leader in the market.”

Roz Cawood, Managing Director – Property Finance at StreamBank, commented:

“We couldn’t be happier to welcome Lee to StreamBank.

His expertise will be vital in maintaining our high service standards and strengthening the support we provide to our network of brokers and clients in London and the South East.

Lee joins us at a pivotal stage of growth, and the entire team and I look forward to working with him to drive StreamBank forward.”
