Spring Finance hires new bridging underwriter

Spring Finance has appointed Jordan Lapid as an underwriter to work within the specialist bridging team.

Jordan will report to Claire Newman, Head of Bridging, and brings over 6 years of experience having previously worked with Masthaven as an underwriter.

Following the successful pilot phase of their bridging proposition, Spring have now completed a number of loans and are seeing a significant number of applications being processed.

This appointment will support this growth and continues the trend of Spring bringing in experienced hires as they build their specialist bridging team in preparation for a full launch to the bridging market later this month.
