SDKA announce three new key hires

Bridging finance provider, SDKA has announced the appointment of two seasoned underwriters, Jon Reed and Sarah Cropper, along with Portfolio Manager Paul Gammond, following a period of growth.

Jon has amassed a deep understanding of bridging over his extensive career in financial services, having served clients in need of commercial, development, and bridging finance.

Sarah, a returning member of the original SDKA team, has flourished in various financial roles including Portfolio Manager, Underwriter, Loan Operations Manager, and Regional Development Manager.

Paul brings an abundance of expertise and technical knowledge to his new position. His role will involve building relationships, fostering trust, and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint while overseeing the servicing of loans.

Paul will collaborate closely with the broader team, assuming accountability for efficiently overseeing the relationship between SDKA and its clients.

Jon and Sarah will have the responsibility of not only working closely with brokers and clients but also coordinating with professionals such as surveyors and legal teams to streamline the completion process ensuring SDKA maintain their exceptional service levels through prompt and effective decision-making by the team.
