Project & Co continues expansion with key hire

Project & Co continue their expansion into the secured lending valuation sector with the hire of William Bell – MRICS.
William who has worked for Cushman and Wakefield, Knight Frank, Chestertons and Strutt and Parker joins as a Senior Valuer to further to bolster their team in London.
The hire signifies the firm’s ambition to become one of the sector’s leading valuation firms.

“The valuation world does need a shake up with lender/valuer communication not being prioritised, we have identified a huge gap in the market to offer a 1-1 service for our lender clients and hiring the right people is paramount to our success, William is another piece of our jigsaw and we are excited to watch him flourish.”
The hire of William takes the team at Project to over 25 staff and they expect to see record growth of nearly 60% at the end of this financial year.
