Peritus Corporate Finance announce new hire

Peritus Corporate Finance has announced the appointment of David Shaw, pictured above, to the team.

David is a chartered surveyor with nearly 30 years real estate experience. A former investment agent at Gerald Eve specialising in the City of London he joined a HNW debt and equity advisory business before moving to RBS in 2005.

At RBS, David originated and structured senior and mezzanine loans ranging in size from £10m to over £1bn. He latterly headed a team focussing on lending investment and development debt to private equity funds before leaving in 2018 to join a tech start up to help develop a platform for sourcing real estate finance.

At Peritus, David will be bringing his extensive market knowledge and experience to the team to grow and develop the services provided to Peritus’ Key Partners and clients.
