OSB Group strengthens focus on bridging and commercial sectors

Specialist lender OSB Group has recently made some key changes within its sales teams to strengthen its expertise and support within its bridging and commercial divisions to meet the growing demand from brokers.

Alan Kimber has been promoted to Head of Bridging (Precise) and along with his dedicated team, will be supporting brokers and their clients with all their short-term lending needs.

Alan has worked at OSB Group since 2012 and is keen to support brokers with the challenges they face, particularly those who may be new to the market.

Marc Callaghan has also been promoted and is now Head of Commercial Lending and will continue to focus on supporting clients across InterBay with their wide ranging commercial requirements.

With over 20 years experience in financial services, Marc and his specialist team will be delivering a highly personalised service within this often complex part of the market.
