Ortus Secured Finance appoints business development manager for the Midlands

Residential and commercial bridging lender Ortus Secured Finance has announced the appointment of Mel Howard as Business Development Manager for the Midlands region.

Mel is an experienced commercial banker, who spent 17 years at Lloyds Bank, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Ortus team.

With a background in commercial banking, Mel operated as a Relationship Director most recently and worked in business development for several years, covering the entire Midlands region.

He is excited to be joining Ortus and working closely with brokers to support clients with bridging finance, shaping deals, and working in a fast-paced environment on the front line.

Mel is enthusiastic about becoming the face of Ortus in the Midlands patch, further cementing Ortus’ reputation as a leading specialist lender.
